Dallah Healthcare, operating as “Dallah Health Company”, is pursuing a clear and ambitious strategy to become the premier provider of healthcare services for all citizens and residents in the Kingdom. It also aims to enhance the Kingdom’s position as a global medical tourism destination, driven by dedication, passion, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality in service delivery and patient safety.

As part of its expansion and presence across various cities in the Kingdom, Dallah Health Company has signed a memorandum of understanding with Ayyan Company Investment to acquire its stakes Al Ahsa Medical Services Company, which owns Al Ahsa Hospital in Al-Ahsa, representing 97.4% of the company’s capital, and Al Salam Medical Services Company, which owns Al Salam Hospital located in Al Khobar, representing 100% of the company’s capital. These purchase stakes are in line with “Dallah Health’s” strategic partnerships and acquisitions aimed at expanding its operations, which will contribute to enhancing the Dallah’s geographic reach, improving the efficiency of medical services, and developing its healthcare service system.

In the same context, “Dallah Health Company” has previously announced the signing of the International Medical Center Company (IMC), one of its subsidiaries; and Dar Al-Handasa an agreement for the design of a new integrated hospital project in the northern part of Jeddah, encompassing various medical specialties.

It is worth mentioning that Dallah Health Company owns a 27.18% stake in the International Medical Center, which operates the International Medical Center Hospital and the First Clinic Complex in Jeddah.

Dallah Health Company is also a partner in the Specialized Clinics Project and the Day Surgery Center in Makkah, which expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2024. These

endeavors contribute to Dallah Health’s strategy of maximizing its medical leadership in the private sector by expanding its investments in the healthcare services sector throughout Saudi Arabia and actively contributing to achieving the goals of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 for the advancement of the healthcare sector.
